As a former University of Illinois golfer, I began working at JPMorgan Chase with an invaluable advantage: the ability to competitively play golf with male clients and co-workers. Regardless of whether I was playing to my handicap or having the “worst round of my life” I was always granted the unique opportunity to strengthen business relationships and build longstanding friendships with my clients.
It was frustrating how many women missed out on this opportunity because they were unfamiliar with the game of golf - Power Links is determined to change this dynamic.
